Shipping schedule

Live-animal orders are planned for early-week shipment to reduce weekend delays. Shipping dates may be held when origin, transit, or destination weather creates unnecessary risk.

Packaging

Livestock will be packed for the expected route and seasonal conditions. Heat or cold protection may be used when appropriate, but weather holds take priority over forcing unsafe shipments.

Live-arrival process

Customers will be required to photograph the unopened shipping bag promptly if an animal arrives deceased. Exact reporting windows and claim requirements will be finalized before sales begin.

Customer responsibility

• Provide a complete, accurate shipping address.
• Track the package and retrieve it promptly.
• Follow the included acclimation instructions.
• Do not leave live shipments exposed outdoors.
